Why do you need a Buyer's Agent when investing in a New Home?
The #1 reason is the Home Builder's Agent is there to represent the Builder and all that concerns the Builder such as price, terms, etc. You as my client, should equally have a Buyers Agent representing all that concerns you and your family in this very important experience.
In my earlier career as a REALTOR®, I was an on site New Home Sales Representative for about 3 years which has also carried over into my current real estate career, so I have the experience and know the process to help make the transaction easier and represent you as your Buyer's Agent.
Using a professional REALTOR, as your Buyer's Agent, does not effect the price of your new home. It is the same price with or without representation. I will be with you through all phases of the transaction making sure that everything goes a smoothly and less time consuming for you. Here are a few more services I will provide for you as your Buyer's Agent:
* Help you define your needs and preferences * Research facts about the Builder and subdivision including builder incentives. * Provide info on development and construction. * Create and maintain a paper trail. * Keep you posted on all time frames concerning construction & loan progress. * Educate Buyer on new home process. * Negotiate various contract terms and conditions. * Arrange for an independent licensed inspector (you select). * Assist in final walk through and closing.
Do you need to sell a home before moving? I can also represent you as your Seller's Agent. For a FREE Market Analysis (CMA). |
